what i did today:
- sectioned a rat midbrain and hindbrain on the microtome
- watched imaging of astocytes stained with S100B and GFAP on the confocal fluoroescent microscope
- started blocking some cell cultures and staining with a variety of antibodies
what im doing tonight:
- gettin pissed
